Summary
Existing law establishes the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, headed by the Secretary of the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation. Under existing law, the Secretary of the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation and the legislative body of any county or city may enter into agreements for mutual police aid, as specified. This bill would make technical, nonsubstantive changes to these provisions.
