California State University: regulations.

Summary

Existing law establishes the California State University under the administration of the Trustees of the California State University. Existing law, to be repealed as of January 1, 2013, sets forth a procedure for the adoption, amendment, or repeal of regulations by the trustees, and requires the trustees to follow that procedure rather than the procedure set forth in the Administrative Procedure Act. This bill would extend that repeal date to January 1, 2018.
