Agricultural water management plans.

Existing law requires agricultural water suppliers to prepare and adopt agricultural water management plans, as specified, and to submit copies of the plan to the Department of Water Resources and other specified entities. Existing law requires the department to prepare and submit to the Legislature at specified times a report summarizing the status of the adopted plans. Existing law requires the department to provide a copy of the report to each agricultural water supplier that has submitted its plan to the department. This bill would also require the department to post the report on its Internet Web site.
