Budget Act of 2011: augmentation.

Summary
The Budget Act of 2011 appropriated specified amounts from the General Fund for the support of state government. This bill would appropriate $1,096,918,436 from the General Fund in augmentation of a specified appropriation in the Budget Act of 2011, regarding augmentations for contingencies and emergencies, and would require the Controller to allocate this additional amount according to a specified schedule. This bill would declare that it is to take effect immediately as a Budget Bill.
