Summary
Existing law establishes various boards and commissions to carry out particular tasks, investigations, or other activities. This bill would state that it is the intent of the Legislature to enact legislation that would codify Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger's "Governor's Reorganization Plan 1: Reforming California's Boards and Commissions" from 2004.
