Summary
Existing law authorizes fairs that conduct live horse racing meetings in the northern zone to allow a joint powers authority to administer and distribute purses and to achieve the purposes of increasing purses at horse racing events at those fairs. This bill would make a technical, nonsubstantive change to that provision.
