Dogfighting forfeitures.

Summary
Existing law makes dogfighting, as specified, an offense. This bill would provide forfeiture procedures for certain property that was acquired through the crime of dogfighting, as specified. The bill would state findings and declarations of the Legislature in that regard, and the intent of the Legislature in connection with the forfeiture proceeding provisions.
