Summary

Existing law requires employers to post various employment-related information for employees, including information relating to the payment of wages, workers' compensation, and discrimination in employment. This bill would require employers to post information related to slavery and human trafficking, including information related to 2 nonprofit organizations that provide services in support of the elimination of slavery and human trafficking.
