Summary
SB 1072 of the 2009–10 Regular Session would enact provisions relating to exchange wagering, as defined. This bill would make those provisions inoperative on May 1, 2016, and would repeal them on January 1, 2017. This bill would become operative only if SB 1072 of the 2009–10 Regular Session is enacted and this bill is enacted last.
