Acupuncture Board.

Summary
Existing law, the Acupuncture Licensure Act, provides for the licensure and regulation of the practice of acupuncture by the Acupuncture Board and authorizes the board to appoint an executive officer. Existing law makes those provisions inoperative and repealed on January 1, 2011. This bill would instead makes those provisions inoperative and repealed on January 1, 2017.
