International Children with Disabilities Protection Act of 2022 This bill establishes the International Children with Disabilities Protection Program in the Department of State to assist organizations of persons with disabilities and family members of children with disabilities in communicating about and advocating for policies that ensure the family inclusion and transition to independent living of children with disabilities.

Japanese American World War II History Network Act This bill directs the Department of the Interior to establish the Japanese American World War II History Network within the National Park Service. In carrying out the network, Interior shall review studies and reports to complement and not duplicate studies of Japanese American World War II history and Japanese American experiences during World War II, including studies related to relocation centers and confinement sites; and produce and disseminate appropriate educational materials, such as handbooks, maps, interpretive guides, or electronic information relating to Japanese American World War II history and Japanese American experiences during that war.

Protecting Access for Hunters and Anglers Act of 2022 This bill bars the Department of the Interior and the Department of Agriculture from prohibiting or regulating the use of lead ammunition or tackle on federal land or water that is under the jurisdiction of such departments and made available for hunting or fishing. The bill makes exceptions for specified existing regulations and where the applicable department determines that a decline in wildlife population at the specific unit of federal land or water is primarily caused by the use of lead in ammunition or tackle, based on the field data from such unit, and the state approves the regulations.
Strengthening Tribal Families Act of 2022 This bill requires a state plan for child welfare services and a state plan related to the Promoting Safe and Stable Families Program to ensure that the state shall comply with all federal standards established under the Indian Child Welfare Act of 1978. Additionally, the bill directs the Department of Health and Human Services to submit biennial reports to Congress on certain reviews of child and family service programs.

Casa Grande Ruins National Monument Boundary Modification Act of 2021 This bill modifies the boundary of the Casa Grande Ruins National Monument in Arizona and provides for a study of the feasibility of designating the Don Young Legacy Trail in Alaska. Specifically, with respect to the monument, the bill authorizes the Department of the Interior to acquire private or state land or interest in land by donation, exchange, or purchase from willing sellers in order to expand the boundaries of the Casa Grande Ruins National Monument in Arizona. The bill transfers administrative jurisdiction over specified parcels of Bureau of Land Management land to the National Park Service (NPS) or the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) and specifies an exchange of land between the BIA and the NPS. Upon the acquisition of land or an interest in private or state land, and with respect to any transferred land, Interior shall administer the acquired or transferred land as part of the monument, and modify the boundary of the monument to include the acquired or transferred land. Interior may enter into an agreement with Arizona to provide for cooperative management of approximately 200 acres of specified state lands.
