Agriculture; amount which may be assessed on cotton sales increased

HB 352 aims to increase the maximum amount that can be assessed on the sale of cotton bales in Alabama. Under existing law, certified commissions, following a producer referendum, can levy an assessment on cotton sales to promote the commodity.
