Permanent protection orders.

This bill creates permanent protection orders for victims of sexual assault, stalking, and domestic violence in Wyoming. Courts must consider the respondent's violence history and the victim's need for ongoing safety before issuing these orders, which require the respondent to avoid all contact or further harm. Unlike temporary orders, permanent orders remain in effect until terminated - either by the victim's request or if the respondent shows good cause for termination.
