This bill creates a $250,000 livestock enforcement account within Wyoming's livestock board to reimburse county sheriffs for costs related to enforcing livestock laws. Sheriffs can be reimbursed for patrol expenses, personnel costs, and livestock investigations (both in-state and out-of-state), with funds directly credited to their budget accounts. The livestock board must establish rules for eligible expenses and provide training for sheriffs on enforcement. The account has a $500,000 cap and reverts unspent funds to the general fund at biennial ends.
