MINOR
The bill was re-substituted by the Finance and Appropriations Committee instead of the Courts of Justice Committee, changing the committee responsible for oversight. The text contains significant formatting errors and conflicting fee amounts, showing a $5 fee in some lines and an $8 fee in others, which indicates the document is likely a draft or contains uncorrected edits.
Scope change
The bill's scope remains focused on circuit court clerks and technology fees, but the committee of origin changed from Courts of Justice to Finance and Appropriations.
SCOPE
The bill was re-substituted by the Senate Committee on Finance and Appropriations instead of the Senate Committee for Courts of Justice, altering the legislative oversight body.
FISCAL
The fee amount is inconsistent in the text, appearing as both $5 and $8, creating confusion about the actual cost imposed on users.
