MINOR
This bill converts the Virginia legislative bill SB 901 from its enrolled draft form to its final chaptered form, making it an official part of the Virginia Code. The substantive content of the compensation rates for court-appointed counsel remains unchanged from the original text.
TECHNICAL
The document format was changed from a draft bill to an enacted chapter (Chapter 89), adding official chapter numbering, approval date (March 18, 2025), and proper formatting for the Code of Virginia.
Extraneous lines and formatting artifacts were removed from the beginning of the document, while the core legal text regarding compensation rates for court-appointed counsel remained identical.
