Virginia Consumer Protection Act; food labeling.

Added a new prohibition (subsection 83) against selling food that requires FDA nutrition labels when ingredient amounts are inaccurate (less than 50% or greater than 150% of the labeled amount). This closes a potential loophole where suppliers could sell mislabeled food products.

Added a reference to Chapter 23.2 (§ 59.1-293.10 et seq.) of Title 59.1 to the list of violations, expanding the scope of consumer protection laws that are incorporated by reference into this section.

Changed the effective date status from 'Effective until July 1, 2025' (interim version) to 'Effective July 1, 2025' (permanent version), indicating this is the final enacted text that will remain in force after the interim period ends.
