MINOR
This bill finalizes the delivery rules for alcohol in Virginia that were previously passed in 2024. The main change is converting the bill from an 'Enrolled' version to an official 'Chaptered' version, which means it has been signed into law and will now be part of the Virginia Code. The actual policy content regarding alcohol delivery rules remains the same.
Scope change
No substantive policy changes. The bill's scope, applicability, and provisions remain identical to the Enrolled version; only the formatting and official chapter designation were updated.
TECHNICAL

Updated the document header to reflect official chapter status (Chapter 233) and added the approval date (March 21, 2025).

Changed line breaks and formatting to match official legislative publication standards.

Removed the 'Enrolled' designation since the bill is now officially enacted as a Chapter.
