Punishment for conviction of fourth or subsequent misdemeanor larceny; penalty. Provides that any person convictedof a fourth or subsequent larceny offense, regardless of whether theprior convictions were misdemeanors or felonies, or any combinationthereof, is guilty of a Class 6 felony.
