Requires the Board of Health to amend its regulationsto require hospitals to test patients who are presenting with overdosesymptoms for fentanyl and to test for fentanyl, marijuana, amphetamines, opioids, and phencyclidine as a part of any routine drug screeningadministered to a patient.
