Requires allattorneys for the Commonwealth to provide discovery materials forall courts to counsel of record for the accused by electronic meansunless such material is prohibited from being distributed by law.The bill directs the Supreme Court of Virginia to promulgate rulesto implement this provision by January 1, 2025.
