Provides that anyindividual wrongfully incarcerated or wrongfully required to registeron the sex offender registry may be awarded compensation for everysuch year of wrongful incarceration or wrongful registration. Thebill grants relief in an amount to be appropriated to David WayneKingrea, who was wrongly convicted of indecent liberties with a minor,and as a result of such wrongful conviction, required to registeron the sex offender registry.
