Summary
Regional gas tax revenues. Provides thatin allocating revenues from the regional fuels tax in localitiesnot a part of the Northern Virginia Transportation Authority, theHampton Roads Transportation Accountability Commission, the Interstate81 Corridor, or the Central Virginia Transportation Authority, theCommonwealth Transportation Board shall seek to award 50 percentof the revenues generated in each construction district for projectsimproving or maintaining secondary roads.
