Elections; requirements for precincts; waiverfor split precinct or precinct below the minimum size. Allowsa governing body granted a waiver to administer a split precinctor directed to establish a precinct with fewer than the minimum numberof registered voters to continue to use such a precinct for any electionuntil such time as the governing body makes changes to any precinctboundaries within the locality or the waiver is withdrawn by theState Board. Under current law, such a waiver is limited to the yearin which it is granted.
