Summary

Certified registered nurse anesthetist; eliminationof supervision requirement. Eliminates the requirement that certifiedregistered nurse anesthetists practice under the supervision of adoctor of medicine, osteopathy, podiatry, or dentistry. The bill providesthat certified registered nurse anesthetists shall practice in consultationwith a doctor of medicine, osteopathy, podiatry, or dentistry andin accordance with regulations jointly promulgated by the Board ofMedicine and the Board of Nursing.
