Requires contracts and provider contractsbetween an entity providing or administering self-insured or self-fundedemployee welfare benefit plans and an intermediary or a participatingpharmacy provider or its contracting agent, pursuant to which suchentity or intermediary has the right or obligation to conduct auditsof participating pharmacy providers, to contain certain terms andprovisions relating to such audits.
