Requires the Virginia Advisory Committee forCareer and Technical Education established by the Board of Educationto develop and submit to the Board of Education, the Governor, andthe General Assembly no later than November 1, 2024, recommendations,guidelines, and best practices for the incorporation of career andtechnical education into public elementary school curricula.
