Commending the English Empowerment Center.

Senate Resolution 602 formally commends the English Empowerment Center for its 62-year history of providing English language instruction to adults in Northern Virginia. The resolution highlights the organization's recent achievements, including a 25 percent increase in course registrations, its leadership in distance learning, and the receipt of a $1 million grant and additional county funding. This legislative action does not alter any laws or policies but serves as an official expression of appreciation from the Senate of Virginia to the organization's executive director.
