Charitable gaming; enforcement and penalties.Strengthens the penalties that may be imposed for violationsof charitable gaming law, allows for an action for pretrial levyor seizure or an attachment for a defendant who violates any provisionof charitable gaming law, and requires the Department of State Policeto assist the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Servicesin the conduct of investigations of charitable gaming violations.
