Registration fees for motor vehicles; statepark access fee. Imposes a $5 state park access fee to be collected at the time other vehicle registration fees are paid and to be depositedinto the State Park Conservation Resources Fund. Under the bill,a person who shows proof of payment of the fee is not required topay any additional fees for access to a state park.
