Summary

Transit buses. Exempts a manufacturer, factorybranch, distributor, distributor branch, or factory or distributorrepresentative engaged in the manufacture or distribution of transitbuses from the requirements of obtaining a license from the Departmentof Motor Vehicles to engage in business. The bill also exempts transitbuses from dealer's license plate and temporary license plate requirements.
