Carrying a firearm or explosive material withinCapitol Square and the surrounding area; exceptions for law-enforcementofficers. Adds an exception for off-duty law-enforcement officersand retired law-enforcement officers to the prohibition of carryinga firearm within Capitol Square and the surrounding area, any buildingowned or leased by the Commonwealth or any agency thereof, or anyoffice where employees of the Commonwealth or any agency thereofare regularly present for the purpose of performing their officialduties.
