Get Skilled, Get a Job, Give Back (G3) Program;higher education centers. Adds educational programs at highereducation centers that lead to an occupation in a high-demand fieldto the Get Skilled, Get a Job, Give Back Program (G3 Program) andprovides that the State Council of Higher Education for Virginiashall make expenditures and disbursements from the Get Skilled, Geta Job, Give Back Fund. The bill defines higher education centersas the Southwest Virginia Higher Education Center, Southern Virginia Higher Education Center, The New College Institute, Roanoke HigherEducation Center, and Institute for Advanced Learning and Research.Under current law, the G3 Program only includes educational programsat associate-degree-granting public institutions of higher educationthat lead to occupations in a high-demand field.
