Virginia Freedom of Information Act; procedurefor requesting records. Adds a requirement that a request forpublic records made pursuant to the Virginia Freedom of InformationAct shall be made in writing and sent by the requester to the publicbody by registered mail, certified mail, or any other similar first-classmail tracking method used or approved by the United States PostalService.
