Alcoholic beverage control; marketplace facilitatorlicense. Allows a winery, farm winery, or brewery located withinor outside the Commonwealth that is authorized to engage in the retailsale of wine or beer, after obtaining a marketplace facilitator licensefrom the Board of Directors for the Virginia Alcoholic Beverage ControlAuthority, to sell and ship wine and beer in closed containers topersons in the Commonwealth to whom wine and beer may be lawfullysold for off-premises consumption.
