Covenants regarding solar power; planned unitdevelopments. Provides that existing provisions prohibiting acommunity association from prohibiting a property owner from installinga solar energy collection device on that owner's property do notapply to the architectural review committee of a planned unit development,provided that the recorded declaration for that property establishesthat the architectural review committee has general authority overdesign and development standards for properties located within theplanned unit development.
