Summary
Professional regulation; exemptions from license requirements for architects and professional engineers; onsite sewagesystems receiving residential wastewater. Removes certain requirementsfrom the exemption from licensure as an architect or professionalengineer for persons who prepare plans, specifications, documents,and designs for conventional and alternative onsite sewage systemsreceiving residential wastewater. The bill removes the requirementthat any such plans, specifications, documents, or designs utilizepackaged equipment generally, changes the allowable flow rate from 1,000 to 1,200 gallons per day, and removes stipulations relatedto the inclusion of pumps.
