Law-enforcement officers; minimum qualifications.Modifies the existing minimum qualification for law-enforcement officersthat prohibits any such officer from entering upon the duties ofsuch office if he has been convicted of or pled guilty or no contestto any misdemeanor involving moral turpitude, including petit larceny,by providing that the prohibition applies only if such convictionor plea has occurred within the last three years.
