Solar farms; annual report of acreage; report.Directs the Virginia Solar Energy Center to compile an annual reportthat lists (i) the total acreage of solar farm or utility-scale solarfacility development projects completed in the prior calendar yearand (ii) the total acreage of qualified donations of less-than-feeinterests accepted by any public or private conservation agency,as reported by the Department of Conservation and Recreation pursuantto existing law. The Center is required to submit the report by December15 of each year to the Chairmen of the House Committee on Appropriations,House Committee on Finance, and Senate Committee on Finance.
