Alcoholic beverage control; residency requirementfor licensure. Eliminates the provision that allows the Boardof Directors of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Authority to refuseto grant a retail license to any person who has not resided in theCommonwealth for at least one year immediately preceding applicationtherefor.
