Study; Department of Housing and Community Development;Commonwealth-wide housing needs. Directs the Department of Housingand Community Development to (i) determine the quantity and qualityof affordable housing across the Commonwealth, (ii) conduct a reviewof current programs and policies to determine the effectiveness of current housing policy efforts, (iii) develop an informed projectionof future housing needs in the Commonwealth and determine the orderof priority of those needs, and (iv) make recommendations for theimprovement of housing policy in the Commonwealth.
