Baby changing facilities; DGS to implement in public buildings.

Department of General Services; baby changingfacilities in restrooms located in public buildings. Directsthe Director of the Department of General Services to develop andimplement policies that require every restroom designated for publicuse in any public building on property that is owned, leased, orcontrolled by the Commonwealth to be equipped with baby changing facilities that are physically safe, sanitary, and appropriate. The bill defines "baby changing facility" to mean a table or other device suitablefor changing the diaper of a child age three or younger.
