Department of General Services; public posting of contract information on central electronic procurement system. Provides for the Department of General Services to post on its central electronic procurement system awarded contracts and any modifications to such contracts. The bill also requires agencies that use the Department's central procurement website to post the same information and provides that any contract awarded pursuant to an Invitation to Bid or a Request for Proposals on or after July 1, 2021, including any subsequent modifications to the contract by a using agency, shall be posted on the Department's central electronic procurement system. The bill requires a modification made by a using agency on or after July 1, 2021, to any other contract that has two or more years remaining to be posted on the Department's central electronic procurement system, along with the original contract and any previous modifications. This bill is identical to SB 563.
