Payroll processing companies; liability.Provides that any payroll processing company or other person thatintentionally prevents the distribution by a payroll processing companyof an employer's wage payments to its employees in accordance withthe terms of the payroll processing company's contract with the employershall be liable to any employee of the employer who failed to receivean expected payment of wages for an amount that is three times theexpected payment of wages.
