Transient occupancy tax; Clarke County.Adds Clarke County to the list of counties that may impose a transientoccupancy tax at a rate above two percent, but not to exceed fivepercent. The revenue attributable to a rate in excess of two percentshall be used solely for tourism and travel purposes. Current lawallows all counties to impose a transient occupancy tax at a ratenot to exceed two percent.
