Clinical psychologists; telepsychology; outof state. Allows clinical psychologists to provide services bytelepsychology to established patients who are out of state at thetime services are provided. The bill establishes the criteria thatmust be met for the clinical psychologist to offer telepsychologyservices. Clinical psychologists who offer telepsychology servicesmust comply with the Standards of Practice set by the Board of Psychology.
