Hospitals; notice and consent; out-of-networkproviders. Requires every hospital to notify patients when anyservice associated with a nonemergency procedure, test, or serviceto be provided by the hospital will be provided by an out-of-networkprovider and to obtain written consent to the provision of such serviceby such out-of-network provider prior to performing such procedure,test, or service.
