Summary
Lottery funds; Rural Transportation Fund. Establishes the Rural Transportation Fund, to be funded by transferring 10 percentof annual lottery revenues in fiscal years 2020 through 2024 fromthe Lottery Proceeds Fund. All lottery revenues transferred to the Rural Transportation Fund shall be used solely for the purposes offunding transportation projects in (i) Planning District 1, 2, 3,4, 5, or 6 or (ii) any locality with a population of no greater than100,000.
