Provides that any personthat advertises, arranges, offers, or enters into any assignmentof right to receive veterans' pension or disability benefits commitsan unlawful fraudulent act or practice under the Virginia ConsumerProtection Act if such assignment is prohibited or void under specifiedfederal anti-assignment acts.
