Summary
Trespass with an unmanned aircraft system; localor state correctional facilities; penalty. Provides that anyperson who knowingly and intentionally causes an unmanned aircraftsystem to come within 400 feet of the lateral boundaries of any localor state correctional facility, for any reason, is guilty of a Class1 misdemeanor.
